摘要
2010年以来,贵州省R&D资源开发势头良好,但R&D经费投入强度形势较为严峻,存在R&D人才总量不足、工业企业R&D投入强度下降、财政科技投入对全社会R&D活动的带动作用较弱、R&D人员待遇偏低、一半以上市、州R&D经费总量小、地区生产总值增速明显高于R&D经费支出增速等问题,据此,给出了相关建议。
Good tendency has been seen in the development of R＆D resource since 2010, but the issues con- cerning the input-intensity of R＆D status is also severe, such as the shortage of R＆D talents, decrease of input-intensity in enterprises, weak driving effect of financial input of S＆T, low treatment of R＆D personnel etc.Some suggestions are given based on the analysis.
