摘要
探讨了中频电动机专用PWM变频电源的电路设计方法。采用了适合于中频电机的高频PWM脉宽调制模式;选用SST89C58单片机组成最小系统,生成控制脉冲;选用复合型IGBT开关器件构造主电路,完成逆变过程。通过实验调试,获得了理想的变频输出结果。结果表明该专用电源的输出电压频率范围能满足中频电动机的变频调速需求。
This paper discusses the circus design of the dedicated PWM variable -frequency power source for the intermediate frequency motor. The high frequency PWM mode was researched, and was applied in intermediate frequency motor. The hardware circus was constructed by the minimum system of SST89C58 SCM, and the control wave was generated. The compound switching IGBT was adopted in the main circus to accomplish the inverter process. Through adjusting experiments, the expected variable frequency output was obtained. The frequency range of the output voltage, supplied by the power source, was proved to meet the variable frequency control requirement of the intermediate frequency motor.
