摘要
大力开展博士后科研工作站建设已成为连云港市培养企业高层次科技人才与管理人才的重要措施,阐述了连云港市博士后科研工作站建设的现状,分析了博士后科研工作站建设存在的问题,有针对性地提出加强博士后科研工作站建设是当前颇为重要的研究任务。
Post-doctoral educational station has been a station of achievement transformation and technical innovation for universities,research centers and enterprises,so the establishment of post-doctoral educational station is a good measure to recruit hi-tech and management talents in Lianyungang.This paper expounds the establishment of post-doctoral educational station,analyses the problems in the practice and suggests some strategies to effectively strengthen the work.
