摘要
当前大学生党员党内激励机制建设中存在着精神激励弱化、负向激励难以落实、激励的覆盖面不广、持续性不强等问题。如何有效激发大学生党员的积极性,发挥他们的先锋模范作用,更好地践行党的宗旨,成为各高校党组织迫切需要关注和解决的问题。以波特—劳勒综合激励模型为载体,将激励理论引入党的建设领域,分析当前高校大学生党员党内激励的困境,对新时期大学生党员党内激励机制建设提出对策建议。
Problems exist in the current incentive mechanism construction for university student party members,such as the weak spiritual incentive,the negative incentive,the narrow incentive coverage and poor durability.How to mobilize the students' enthusiasm and give full play to their pioneering role has been a great concern for party organization in universities.Based on the Porter-Lawler composite incentive model,this paper introduces the incentive theory into the Party building,analyses the problems in the incentive mechanism and proposes some suggestions on the incentive mechanism construction for university student Party members in the new age.
