摘要
针对4/24远极比E7/5(E7/5A)型高速精梳机主电机,通过在装配环境要求限定电机尺寸下,研究两极电机绕组设计和定、转子冲片设计及强度分析校核,探讨两极电机磁密的理论设计,并给出两种极数下电机各部分的磁密值,分析及计算结果说明电机磁密设计是合适的,以此表明此类电机设计与制造的可行性.
Aiming at the motor of E7/5(E7/5A) high-speed combing machines with 4/24 great ratio of poles change,this article mainly analyzes the design and intensity of two kind of series motor's winding and lamination sheet of stator and rotor under limited size for assembly environment,and discusses the theoretical design of the clearance's magnetic density and shows the motor's magnetic density of each part under two kinds of poles.Finally,the results confirm the feasibility of the design and manufacture of this motor.
