摘要
以钦州学院为例,分析了地方院校大学生特点、工科专业在人才培养过程中存在的问题;并结合当今应用技术型大学建设、工学结合、产学研结合等工作,分析工科专业大学生提高综合素质的途径、具体方法等,可供同类院校参考。
Based on the example analysis of Qinzhou University,this paper discusses students＇ characteristics and engineering professional training problems and further proposes countermeasures modes of combining work with study,modes of combination of production-study-research,combined with the construction of application Technology University,to improve their comprehensive quality,which could be taken reference by similar universities.
