大学生一体化就业帮扶体系的构建探析

我国大学生就业帮扶工作取得了显著的成绩,但也存在着诸多问题。进一步建立健全帮扶制度以及完善帮扶政策,需要政府、高校以及社会各界在教育的每一个环节加大帮扶力度。建立应届与历届大学生相结合的一体化就业帮扶体系,是解决当前应历届大学生就业难的一条有效途径。

Chinese college students＇ employment assistance work has achieved remarkable results,but there are also many problems. To improve the supporting system and policies,government,universities and society from all walks of life should take sweeping measures to integrate employment assistance system in every link of education. We will find constructing of integrated employment assistance system an effective strategy to solve the current employment problems for school-leavers and graduates of all previous years.
