摘要
在JNS400双膛竖窑设计中运用三维设计和仿真模拟研发技术,使用CFD仿真模拟软件计算得出JNS400窑膛内烟气的流场和温度场分布,完成石灰窑工艺操作和节能环保等方面的优化设计。利用Solidworks软件对JNS400竖窑进行三维设计,并在大型竖窑研发过程中对关键部位进行应力分析和结构优化。
In design of JNS400 double chamber shaft kiln ,three-dimension design and analogue sim-ulation were used for calculating flow field of the gas and temperature distribution in chambers with CFD analogue simulation software .And solidworks software was used for three-dimension design , stress analysis and structure optimization on the key parts of the JNS 400 shaft kiln.
