从快速恢复生产的角度寻求一种更换麦尔兹窑喷枪的方法,对喷枪烧损原因进行了分析,探讨了延长喷枪使用寿命的措施,并在喷枪的维护与节能降耗方面进行了分析与尝试。
Replacement of lance is a method for quick recovery of the production of Maerz kiln .The paper analyzes the reason of lance burnt and discusses the measures to improve the lance service life , and attempts to maintion the lance and save energy and reduce consumption .
