多元价值冲突下的大学生职业价值观教育探析

College Student Vocational Values Education under Multiple Values Conflict

当前我国已进入多元化的价值冲突时期,大学生的职业价值观受到了多元价值的冲击和影响,分化现象日益严重,呈现出多元化、矛盾化、理想化和群体分散化的特点。本文分析了多元价值冲突对大学生职业价值观的影响和大学生职业价值观的现状,结合大学生职业价值观的发展趋势,提出了多元价值背景下大学生职业价值观教育的策略。

Currently, our country has entered into a period of diversified value conflict; voca- tional values of college students are impacted and influenced by the multiple values, differenti- ate more and more seriously, and present the characteristics of diversification, contradiction, i- dealization, and population decentralization. This paper analyses the impact of multiple on college student multiple vocational values and the present situation of college student vocational values, combining with the development trend of vocational values of college students, presents the strategy of vocational values education of college students under the background of multiple values.
