阐述了旅游综合体的概念,探讨了旅游综合体的形成机制。根据功能导向和开发模式,将旅游综合体分为四种类型。在此基础上,对深圳华侨城(旅游综合体)进行了解读,认为旅游综合体对于展示城市形象、促进产业转型等方面有巨大作用,是推动旅游产业升级的主动力。

This paper elaborates the concept of tourism complex, discusses the formation mechanism of tourism complex. According to the function orientation and development model, it di- vides the tourism complex into four types. On this basis, it interprets the Shenzhen Overseas Chinese Town （a tourist complex）, and believes that tourism complex plays a great role in displaying the city~ image and promoting industrial transformation and so on, which is the active force for pushing the upgrade of tourism industry.
