基于生态城市理念的低碳建筑管理体系研究

A Research of Low Carbon Building Management System Based on the Concept of Ecological City

作为一种最先进的城市发展模式,生态城市主要是针对世界各种资源匮乏、环境污染严重等问题而提出的;而作为一种最先进的建筑发展模式——低碳建筑,主要是针对世界各地温室气体排放严重,气候不断变暖等重要问题而提出的。文章阐述了生态城市和低碳建筑之间相互依存、互利共生的关系,同时指出了两者之间的冲突。

As one of the most advanced patterns of city development, ecological city is put for- ward mainly aiming at the problems of resources lacking, serious environmental pollution in the world ; and as one of the most advanced building development patterns -- low carbon building, is proposed mainly for problems such as serious greenhouse gas emissions all over the world and climate warming. This paper expounds the interdependence and mutualism relationship between ecological city and low carbon building, and points out the conflict between them.
