非晶合金及其制品在国内外专利现状分析

摘要 非晶合金及其制品以其独特的制备技术以及长程无序的原子结构,使其具有优于硅钢的特殊性能而应用于各个领域。但是该领域的专利申请量与其他合金相比数量甚少,在国内外申请情况也存在差异。本文对该领域的专利申请情况进行了分析,最后指出了该领域在知识产权保护意识方面所需重视的几个问题。 The amorphous alloy and its products, with its unique preparation technology and long -range disordered atomic structure, have the special performance superior to silicon steel and are applied to various fields. But the amount of patent applications in the field compared to other alloys is quite fewer, and there exists differences in the application situation at home and abroad. This paper analyzes the patent application situation of this field, and finally points out several problems needed attention in the consciousness of intellectual property protection.
