The Comprehensive Utilization Analysis of Mineral Resources and Research on Its Development

我国矿产资源消耗日益增多,提高矿产资源的综合利用率已经成为一个重要的研究课题。通过对我国矿产资源特点和综合利用潜力的分析,针对我国矿产资源法律法规不健全,矿产资源综合利用水平低,企业规模小、资源乱采滥挖及"三废"问题进行研究,从政府、科研、企业、循环经济生产模式等方面入手提出了一些可行性的建议,为我国矿产资源的可持续性发展提供重要依据。

Mineral resource consumption of China is increasing, so how to improve the comprehensiveutilization of mineral resources has become an important research subject. This paper analyzes the characteristicsand comprehensive utilization potential of mineral resources and studies the problems of inadequate laws for theprotection of mineral resource, the insufficient utilization of the resources, the small-scale enterprises,indiscriminate mining and serious waste and the ＂three wastes＂ ;it puts forward some feasible suggestions fromthe aspects of government, scientific research, enterprises and the circular economy mode of production andconsequently provide important basis for the sustainable development of mineral resources.
