I t is a major problem how to realize huge numbers of Local university sustainable development. The experience of Hezhou university development has shown Local Universities and colleges must take four effective methods, namely, the implementation of school funding, focus on school running characteristics, strengthen the building of the contingent of teachers, local service based. Exploring these four approaches boldly, local colleges and universities will certainly be able to achieve sustainable development.
