摘要 趋化因子是一类能够使免疫细胞发生特定趋化运动的化学趋化蛋白,在炎症反应中起着重要作用。近年来,大量研究发现趋化因子及其受体在临床孤立综合征的发病、病情进展及转归方面有重要的作用。本文阐述了趋化因子及其受体的定义、结构、致炎机制及其在临床孤立综合征的发病机制及转归方面的作用,为系统评价趋化因子对临床孤立综合征转化为多发性硬化的预测价值提供了基本依据。 Chemotactic factor is a kind of chemical chemotactic proteins,which have an important role in the inflammatory response. In recent years,a number of studies find that chemokines and chemokine receptors have an important effect on clinically isolated syndrome’s pathogenesis、progression and outcome. This review describes the definition,structure and inflammatory mechanism of chemokines and chemokine receptors and the effect of chemokines in clinically isolated syndrome’s pathogenesis and outcome,which provides the basic basis for systematic review the predictive value of chemokines in clinically isolated syndrome conversion to multiple sclerosis.
