摘要 针对某车型扭杆弹簧的原设计方案,运用DFSS流程,在建立CAE有限元模型的基础上,综合分析影响扭杆性能的多种因素,提出了18种备选的改善方案并从中找出最优的设计方案。仿真和实验结果都表明:优化后的设计方案不仅消除了原设计方案的断裂风险,还提高了扭杆5%以上的使用寿命,减少了10%的质量;同时也证明了DFSS在汽车零部件质量改善领域的实用性。 Based on a original design for the torsion bar spring, using the process of DFSS, the CAE finite element model was set up, the factors which affected the torsion bar spring' s function were analyzed comprehensively, eighteen alternative design schemes were proposed, and then the best design scheme was found out from all. Both the simulation results and the road test results prove the optimized design scheme not only eliminates the risk of crack, but also improves the torsion bar spring' s life time more than 5% , declines 10% weight. Moreover, it proves the DFSS' s usefulness in the field of vehicle parts quality improvement.
