The Clinical and EEG Analysis of Epilepsy with Headache

目的：探讨分析脑电图在头痛型癫痫检查诊断中的临床应用。方法：收集本院2001年1月-2013年12月收治的55例头痛型癫痫患者，对其采用脑电仪描记，观察脑电图波形变化。结果：55例头痛型癫痫患者中，有20例（36.4%）为轻度异常，35例（63.6%）为中度异常。轻度异常脑电图表现阵发高幅1-3 c/s及4-7 c/s慢波节律；中度异常脑电图表现有，（1）阵发高波幅慢节律，两侧对称性同步出现；（2）阵发尖波棘波、尖慢或棘慢波综合；（3）散发性棘波或棘2慢波；（4）局限性尖波或棘波。结论：脑电图在头痛型癫痫临床诊断中的应用有重要的临床价值。

Objective：To investigate the clinical application of EEG analysis in headache diagnosis of epilepsy. Method：55 cases of headache in our hospital from January 2001 to December 2013 was treated,epilepsy patients using their EEG tracings,observed changes in EEG waveforms. Result：55 cases of epilepsy patients with headache,20 cases（36.4%） were mild abnormalities,35 cases（63.6%） was moderately abnormal. The mildly abnormal EEG paroxysmal high-amplitude 1-3 c/s and 4-7 c/s slow rhythm.The moderately abnormal EEG manifestations were paroxysmal high amplitude slow rhythms and synchronous bilateral symmetry occurs,paroxysmal sharp wave spikes and sharp or slow spike and wave synthesis,sporadic spike wave or spines 2 slow wave,limitations pointed wave or spike wave.Conclusion：EEG in the clinical diagnosis of epilepsy with headache has important clinical value.
