2型糖尿病患者应用责任制护理联合临床护理路径的效果

The Application of Responsibility System Combined Clinical Nursing in the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的:探讨2型糖尿病患者应用责任制护理联合临床护理路径的效果。方法:本次共选择100例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,均为笔者所在医院2013年1月-2014年1月收治,采用随机数字法分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。观察组就责任制护理联合临床护理路径,对照组采用常规护理,对两组护理效果进行比较。结果:观察组护理满意度及健康教育达标率均高于对照组,住院时间、住院费用均少于对照组,血糖正常日多于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症率发生率为10.0%,明显低于对照组30.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(字2=6.25,P<0.05)。结论:在2型糖尿病患者中应用责任制护理联合临床护理路径方案,可使患者获得最佳照顾质量,规范工作流程,减少资源的浪费和康复的延迟,使预后获得显著改善。

Objective：To investigate effects of application of responsibility system combined clinical nursing in treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Method：One hundred cases of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2014 were selected,which were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group using digital table method,each group of 50 cases. The observation group used the responsibility system nursing combined with clinical nursing pathway and the control group used the routine nursing respectively. Result：The patients’ satisfaction with nursing care and health education standards of the observation group were higher than those of the control group（P〈0.05）. The time of hospitalization,cost of hospitalization of the observation group were lower than the control group（P〈0.05）. The blood glucose level in normal days of the observation group was more than the control group （P〈0.05）. Complications in the observation group was 10.0%,which was significantly higher than those in the control group of 30.0%（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Responsibility system combined clinical nursing in treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus can make patients get the best care quality,standardize the work flow,reduce the delay the waste of resources and rehabilitation,the prognosis is significantly improve.
