高龄粗隆间骨折PFNA与人工股骨头置换术的疗效分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨PFNA内固定手术和人工股骨头置换术治疗老年性股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效。方法:采用PFNA内固定手术(PFNA组)和人工股骨头置换术(人工股骨头置换组)两种手术方法分别对笔者所在医院46例老年性股骨粗隆间骨折患者进行治疗,比较两组的手术时间、围手术期并发症、治疗效果。结果:平均随访时间为10个月,PFNA组手术时间显著短于人工股骨头置换组(P<0.05);PFNA组的术中失血量显著少于人工股骨头置换组(P<0.05);PFNA组并发症发生率相对少于人工股骨头置换组并发症发生率,但两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组术后9个月髋关节功能优良率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:应用PFNA或人工关节置换均是治疗老年不稳定股骨粗隆间骨折的有效手段,但应严格掌握其适应证。
