安徽省某市2011-2013年高三学生颞下颌关节紊乱综合征筛查分析

Clinical study of temporomandibular joint disorders in high school students in Bengbu area

目的调查蚌埠地区高三学生颞下颌关节紊乱综合征(TMD)发病情况,分析引发疾病的有关原因。方法2011-2013高考体检中,连续三年对蚌埠地区4 650名高三学生进行颞下颌关节体检。结果男生患病率为19.79%,女生患病率26.49%,女生患病率明显高于男生;精神紧张、不良习惯者TMD患病率高,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 TMD在高三学生中有较高的发病率,发病因素与精神心理因素及不良习惯关系密切。

Objective To investigate the incidence of temporomandibular joint disorders （ TMD ） in senior high school students in Bengbu area .Methods In three consecutive years （2011 to 2013） ,4650 high school students were physically ex-amined in college entrance examination in terms of TMD .Results The incidence was 19.79% in male students and for fe-male students the rate was 26.49%.The incidence of the female was significantly higher than the male .Mental stress and bad habits might contribute to the high incidence of TMD .There were significant differences （P〈0.05）.Conclusion TMD has a higher incidence in grade three students of high school .The pathogenic factors are closely related to psychological stress and bad habits .
