昌吉州实施污染源在线监控系统社会化运营探讨

Discussion on the Implementation of Operation of on-Line Monitoring System of Pollution Source in Changji Society

目前,昌吉州以自动监测为基础的污染源在线监测体系不断发展壮大,与此同时国家及自治区对污染源在线监测设施的运行及有效数据上传率等指标提出了严格要求。如何加强对运行维护商进行监管,提高环境管理科学化、信息化水平,确保全州自动监控设备的正常、有效运行,有效利用、挖掘在线监测设备的运行维护数据,规划和提升在线监测设备技术装备能力,已成为我州环保工作亟待解决的问题,本文总结了昌吉州环境保护主管部门在污染源在线监测系统第三方运营监管过程中的经验,分析了监管工作中存在的问题,提出相应的建议。
