摘要
本文采用加速溶剂萃取仪进行样品萃取,弗洛里硅土固相萃取柱进行净化,以双柱双电子捕获检测器-气相色谱法测定土壤中七氯和氯丹。在10.0-500μg/L范围内方法线性良好,七氯和氯丹的检出限在0.6~0.8μg/kg之间,实际样品加标回收率为75.8%-86.8%,相对标准偏差为7.6%-16.2%。
This thesis used gas chromatography with dual columns and dual detectors for determination of heptachlor and chlordane in soil samples with accelerated solvent extraction and solid phase extraction purification. The good linear relations between absorption value and the concentrations of heptachlor and chlordane were obtained, and detection limits ranged from 0.6 μg/kg to 0.8 μg/kg. The spiked recoveries of actual samples ranged from 75.8% to 86.8% and the RSDs from 7.6% to 16.2%.
