摘要
介绍了非溶剂致相分离(NIPS)法制备聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)中空纤维膜的研究进展,其中包括:溶剂类型、PVDF树脂性能,添加剂类型,凝胶浴的类型和温度、后处理工艺等因素对PVDF中空纤维膜结构和性能的影响。最后,对NIPS法制备PVDF中空纤维膜进行了总结和展望。
This paper focused on progress in preparation of PVDF hollow fiber membranes by non-solvent induced phase separation (NIPS) method, especially the effects of the solvent, PVDF resin properties, additive types, coagulation bath type, coagulation temperature, post-treatment on the structure and properties of PVDF hollow fiber membranes. Finally, PVDF hollow fiber membranes made by NIPS technique were also summarized and prospected.
