摘要
综述了flupyradifurone及其中间体的合成路线,并对各路线进行了比较和评价。以2,2-二氟乙酸乙酯为原料经酰胺化反应、还原反应、胺化反应合成flupyradifurone的合成路线最有工业化前景和研究价值。
The synthetic routes of flupyradifurone and its intermediates were reviewed in this paper, and each route were compared and evaluated. Ethyl 2,2-difluoroacetate as raw materials, flupyradifurone was synthesized through amidation, reduction reaction and amination. This synthetic route has most research value and prospects for industrialization.
