摘要
二甲双胍是目前市场上一线的抗II型糖尿病药物,但较差的脂溶性和会造成胃肠道不适及头晕恶心等副作用影响了其应有的疗效。二甲双胍的其它生物活性,比如抑制细菌等能力同样受到其结构的影响。因此,对二甲双胍进行修饰衍生化具有较强的临床现实意义,本文对由二甲双胍合成的二甲双胍衍生物进行综述。
Metformin is a first-line drug for patients with type 2 diabetes. But its poor lipid solubility and side effect, such as gastrointestinal discomfort,swirl and nausea,impacts its due effect. Other biological activities of metformin, such as its antibacterial activity is also affected by its structure. Thus, modifying metformin has clinical practical significance. Here we make a review on metformin derivatives synthesis based on metformin.
