摘要
大孔交联型聚苯乙烯微球(大孔白球)是生产大孔离子交换树脂的原料,白球的粒度决定了树脂的粒度,从而影响树脂的性能和用途。本文针对公司生产的常规粒度白球(0.3-0.8 mm)得率较低的问题,从悬浮聚合的机理出发,研究了提高常规粒度白球得率的方法。通过在水相中加入第二分散剂、采用非极性油相致孔剂,并进行实验优化,使常规粒度白球得率大幅度提高,为白球的生产提供了较好的指导和借鉴。
Macroporous crosslinked polystyrene microspheres(macroporous beads) is the resource to prepare macroporous ion-exchange resin. The particle size of the resin depends on that of the macroporous bead, which affects the property and application of the resin. In this paper, due to the low yield of the normal size (0.3-0.8mm) of macroporous beads during the production in our company, and based on the mechanism of the suspension polymerization, the method to improve the yield was investigated. The yield of the normal size of macroporous beads was significantly improved by adding the second dispersant to the water phase and using non-polar pore forming agent in the oil phase, while the experimental optimization was adopted. This provides the further guidance and reference for production.
