Traffic Jam “Double Factors”Analysis and Countermeasures of Nanjing

城市交通是城市生命系统的重要组成部分。为改善与缓解南京市的交通拥堵状况,结合南京市当前的交通现状,对南京市交通拥堵的"双因素"进行分析,提出采取增加交通供给的方式来缓解南京市交通拥堵,同时,也应加强对交通需求的管理。

The urban traffic is one of the important elements in a urban life system. In order to relieve the urban traffic jam, based on the current background of traffic status of Nanjing, the basic reason of traffic jam and the＂double factors＂ are analyzed, countermeasures to relieve the urban traffic jam should be proposed simultaneously from two aspects-increasing the traffic supply and the traffic demand management.
