摘要
电话闭塞法是地铁运营中一种必要的行车组织方式。信号系统发生故障后为维持运营而采用的人工控制列车运行的方式,但存在较大的安全风险。通过分析电话闭塞法控制原理,梳理方法中的主要风险点及潜在危害,基于对主要风险的控制,介绍天津市地铁电话闭塞法的基本流程,并针对存在的问题提出改进措施。
According to the analysis of the operation mechanisin of telephone block, which is a foundational operation method in train running of the metro system when the ATC system is breakdown, risks and hidden troubles are listed. Based on risk controlling, the process of telephone block in Tianjin metro is introduced,and the improving methods are promoted.
