摘要
近年来,人们对巨噬细胞移动抑制因子(MIF)的研究倍加关注,其作用涉及到炎症、免疫、内分泌、肿瘤及血管等多个方面。该文着重阐述了MIF的分子结构、来源及MIF在分子水平上的作用机制、生物学机制,研究发现MIF参与机体多种疾病的发生和发展,尤其以MIF-173(G/C)位点单核苷酸的多态性与疾病的关系最密切,MIF的C等位基因可能是紫癜性肾炎(HSPN)的易患基因;MIF在HSPN的发生、发展中有重要作用及研究价值,可作为治疗免疫炎性疾病的治疗靶点。
In recent years,there are more and more researches about macrophage migration inhibitory factor(MIF).The role of MIF involves inflammation,immune,endocrine,tumor,blood vessels and so on.Here is to make an elaboration focusing on the molecular structure,source of MIF,and the molecular and biological mechanism ; studies have found that MIF participates in the development of a variety of diseases in the body,especially that MIF-173(G/C)loci single nucleotide polymorphism has a close relationship with the diseases,including Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis(HSPN),and MIF C allele may be a susceptibility genes of HSPN.MIF plays an important role in HSPN development,which can be a therapeutic target for the treatment of immune inflammatory disease.
