脑钠肽是心脏科临床一种重要的心肌标志物,其提取物也已应用于临床。肺动脉高压是指肺动脉压力超过25 mm Hg的病理状态,会引起右侧心力衰竭等严重并发症,按照其发病原因共分为五型。近年来,脑钠肽在肺动脉高压领域中诊断意义、预后判断的意义以及治疗意义越来越多地被研究与探讨。该文对脑钠肽与肺动脉高压每一分型之间的关系予以综述。

Brain natriutetic peptide is a kind of myocardial marker which is very important in cardiology clinic,and recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide has been used in clinical.Pulmonary hypertension is defined as the pathological state with pulmonary artery pressure exceeding the boundary value of 25 mm Hg,which can cause many serious complications such as right side heart failure,and is divided into five types by etiology.There are more and more literatures on brain natriutetic peptide in the diagnosis,therapy and prognosis of pulmonary hypertension in recent years,and here is to make a review of the relationship between brain natriutetic peptide and every type of pulmonary hypertension.
