S100B蛋白在新生儿窒息脑损伤早期诊断的研究进展 被引量:9

摘要 新生儿窒息在新生儿致残率和病死率中占很大比例,及时发现、诊断和治疗窒息后脑损伤对疾病的预后起着关键作用。最新研究显示血清及尿S100B蛋白有望成为诊断脑损伤的早期标志物。生理情况下,S100B蛋白具有营养神经的作用,过度分泌引起神经毒性。已知血清中S100B蛋白水平上升与脑损伤程度正相关,可用于临床脑损伤的早期诊断及损伤程度判断,同时可用于预后指标。该文就S100B蛋白在窒息脑损伤早期诊断中的价值进行回顾。 Birth asphyxia accounts for a significant percentage of neonatal morbidity and mortality.A key factor in the management of this complication is the early and accurate detection of brain damage after asphyxia.Latest studies illustrate that serum and urine S100B is promising to become an early marker for diagnosis of brain damage.Lnder physiological conditions,S100B protein has neurotrophic role,but excessive secretion will cause neurotoxicity.It's known that serum S100B protein level increase is positively correlated with brain damage degree,which can be used for the early diagnosis and prognosis assessment of brain damage after birth asphyxia.This review summarizes the value of S100B in the early diagnosis of brain damage after birth asphyxia.
