肠套叠是较为常见的急腹症之一,指一段肠管套入与其相连的肠腔内,并导致肠内容物通过障碍。临床上对肠套叠进行诊断时常出现误诊及漏诊现象,若耽搁最佳治疗时间可导致肠坏死及穿孔等严重并发症,因此合理的选择诊断技术,及时、准确地诊断对治疗起至关重要的作用。目前肠套叠的常用诊断主要靠影像学检查,包括X线检查,超声检查以及CT检查等。这些影像学检查各具优缺点,该文就这些检查应用于肠套叠的诊断予以概述。

Intussusception is one of the common acute abdominal diseases.Intussusception occurs when one part of the bowel slides into another part of bowel,causing the bowel to become blocked.In clinical,misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis of intussusception often happen,and missing the best treatment time can lead to serious complications such as intestinal necrosis and perforation,therefore,reasonable selection of diagnostic techniques timely and accurate diagnosis play an important role in the treatment.At present commonly used diagnosis of intussusception is mainly imaging examinations,including X-ray,ultrasound and CT examination,which have own advantages and disadvantages respectively,and here is to make a review of these tests in the diagnosis of intussusception.
