目前,经直肠二维超声(2D-TRUS)前列腺穿刺活检是前列腺癌诊断的金标准,但2D-TRUS难以定位可疑前列腺癌病灶,如何提高病灶定位准确率是提高前列腺癌穿刺阳性率的关键。而新的超声成像模式,如三维超声、弹性成像、超声造影以及不同声像技术图像融合,可以使经直肠超声穿刺活检前或实时准确地定位靶向位点成为可能。该文回顾了不同超声成像模式对前列腺癌可疑病灶的发现、定位的优势和局限性,探讨其引导前列腺初次穿刺活检的价值。

At present,two-dimensional transrectal ultrasonography（2D-TRLS） prostate biopsy is the gold standard in prostate cancer diagnosis,but 2D-TRLS can＇t locate suspicious prostatic cancer,therefore how to improve the location accuracy of prostate cancer is the key to improve the positive biopsy rate.while new ultrasound imaging modes,such as three-dimensional ultrasound,elasticity imaging,ultrasonic imaging and image fusion of different imaging technolgies,can make accurate pre-transrectal ultrasound biopsy positioning or real-time positioning of the targeted site possible.Here reviews the advantages and limitations of different ultrasonic imaging modes in the discovery and positioning of suspicious prostate lesions,to explore their value in guiding the first-time prostate biopsy.
