匹伐他汀对绝经后女性糖脂代谢的影响

Effect of Pitavastatin on Glucose and Lipid Metabolism in Postmenopausal Women

目的研究匹伐他汀对绝经后女性糖脂代谢的影响。方法将2012年12月至2013年2月深圳市龙华新区人民医院收治的34例绝经患者纳入研究,均给予匹伐他汀治疗,治疗前及治疗后12周检测上述患者的血脂代谢指标以及血糖代谢指标。结果治疗后,入组者的三酰甘油、胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白、载脂蛋白B的水平显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),高密度脂蛋白、载脂蛋白A-Ⅰ的水平显著高于治疗前(P<0.05);空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平与治疗前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论匹伐他汀有助于改善血脂代谢情况,但对血糖代谢无明显影响。

Objective To study the effect of pitavastatin on glucose and lipid metabolism in postmenopausal women.Methods Total of 34 patients with menopause admitted to Shenzhen Longhua District People＇s Hospital from Dec.2012 to Feb.2013 were included in the study,who were given pitavastatin treatment.Before and after 12 weeks treatment the lipid metabolism indexes and glucose metabolism index were detected.Results After treatment,TG,TC,LDL,ApoB levels were significantly lower than before the treatment（P 〈 0.05） ;while HDL,ApoA-Ⅰ were significantly higher than before the treatment（P 〈 0.05）.There were no statistically significant difference of FBG,HbA1 c between pre-therapy and post-therapy（P 〉 0.05）.Conclusion Pitavastatin can improve the blood lipid metabolism of postmenopausal women,but has no significant effect on regulation of glucose metabolism.
