胸腹式呼吸训练对脑出血患者肺功能影响的研究

Influence of Abdominal Breathing Training on Lung Function of Cerebral Hemorrhage Patients

目的探讨胸腹式呼吸训练对脑出血患者肺功能的影响。方法选择2011年1月至2013年1月肇庆市第一人民医院收治的80例脑出血患者作为研究对象,将患者按照住院号的奇偶数分为胸腹式呼吸训练组(40例)和常规康复组(40例),观察两组患者训练后肺功能的改善情况。结果经3个月的训练后,腹式呼吸训练组患者的肺容量、肺通气量以及运动心肺指标均显著优于训练前及常规训练组(P<0.05)。结论胸腹式呼吸训练可明显改善脑出血患者的肺功能,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the influence of abdominal breathing training on lung function of cerebral hemorrhage patients.Methods Eighty cerebral hemorrhage patients treated in the First People＇s Hospital of Zhaoqing from Jan.2011 to Jan.2013 were chosen as the research objects,and they were divided into the abdominal breathing training group（40 cases） and the routine rehabilitation group（40 cases） randomly according to the odd and even nature of hospitalization sequence number.The condition of the lung function of the two groups were observed.Results The lung function index of patients in the abdominal breathing training group,such as lung capacity,pulmonary ventilation volume and exercise cardiopulmonary,were better than the routine rehabilitation group after three months of breathing training（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion The abdominal breathing training can improve the recovery the lung function of cerebral hemorrhage patients obviously,and it is worth for clinical application.
