7-二氟亚甲基-5,4'-二甲烷氧基异黄酮作用机制的初步研究归纳

摘要 7-二氟亚甲基-5,4'-二甲烷氧基异黄酮(DFMG)是一种具有良好的抗动脉粥样硬化(As)作用的活性新化学实体。DFMG通过增加As斑块内平滑肌细胞和胶原的数量来稳定As斑块,对血管内皮氧化应激损伤有保护作用,可降低As血管中内皮素1、同型半胱氨酸水平及增加一氧化氮水平,对血管内皮细胞E-选择素、血管内皮细胞白细胞介素6等的释放产生影响,从而发挥抗As的作用。 7-difluoromethoxy-5,4'-dimethoxygenistein (DFMG) is a new kind of anti-atheresclerosis chemical entity. Recent research shows that DFMG stable the atherosclerosis plaque by increasing the number of smooth muscle cells and collagen in the plaque;and it has a protective effect on vascular endothelial injury by oxidative stress; and it decreases ET-1 levels,homocysteine content and increases the content of NO in the blood vessels ;it also has an effect on the production of E-electin, IL-6 in the endothelial cells, through which DFMG plays the anti-atherosclerosis role.
