瘦素与低氧对肺癌生长作用的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 肺癌是当今世界病死率最高的肿瘤,关于肺癌的认识一直是医学研究热点。瘦素作为脂肪基因产物,被证实参与了肿瘤的发生、发展;低氧作为实体瘤中的常见现象,亦被证实与肿瘤的血管形成、浸润和转移相关。近来研究发现,低氧可以促进瘦素及其受体的表达,并进而加速肺癌的生长,两者在肺癌致病机制上可能存在协同作用。该文就国内外学者在瘦素与低氧在肺癌病理生理进程中的作用及机制的研究予以综述。 Lung cancer is the leading cause of cancer-related deaths worldwide. Understanding of lung cancer has always been a hot issue of medical research. Leptin,as a product of obese gene ,plays an important role in the initialization and progression of cancers ; in addition, hypoxia, as a common phenomenon in the solid tumors,involves in vaseularization,invasion and metastasis. Recent studies demonstrate that hypoxia can upregulate the expression of leptin and its receptor, and then accelerate the progression of lung cancer. So leptin and hypoxia may have a synergistic effect in the pathogenesis of lung cancer. Here is to make a review of the role of leptin and hypoxia in the pathophysiological process in lung cancer by integrating the related studies by domestic and foreign scholars.
