摘要
肺癌已成为危害全球的肿瘤疾病之一,其病死率已超过其他肿瘤,其发病机制尚不完全清楚.金属硫蛋白(M T)是一类低相对分子质量(6 ×103~7 ×103),富含大量半胱氨酸的细胞内蛋白质,参与人体内许多病理反应,包括金属离子的稳态、氧化损伤的保护.MT在人体肿瘤中表达增多,研究肺癌时也发现在肺癌胞质内存在MT高表达,该文就MT在肺癌发病过程中的作用机制予以综述.
Lung cancer has become one of the tumor diseases threatening the globe, the mortality of which has been exceeded other tumors ,while the pathogenesis of lung cancer is not completely clear. Metallothioneins (MT) are a class of low-molecular-weight (6 × 10^3-7× 10^3) cysteine-rich proteins, involved in many pathological reactions within the body, including metal ion homeostasis, and oxidative damage protection. MT is increasingly expressed in human cancer,and cytoplasmlc MT high expression is also found in lung cancer. Here is to make a review of the role of MT in the pathogenesis of lung cancer.
