金丝桃苷抗肿瘤和免疫调节作用的研究进展

Research Progress of Anti-tumor Effects and Immunomodulatory Effects of Hyperoside

金丝桃苷具有镇痛、抗氧化、抗炎、避免微血栓形成、调节免疫功能、抑制肿瘤细胞生长等多种药理活性。研究表明,金丝桃苷不仅可通过阻滞细胞周期、Ca2+相关的线粒体凋亡途径、胱天蛋白酶介导的细胞凋亡等明显抑制肿瘤细胞的增殖并诱导其凋亡,还能促进淋巴细胞的增殖分化、增强淋巴细胞的功能。该文就金丝桃苷抗肿瘤和免疫调节作用的研究进展予以综述。

Hypemside has a variety of pharmacological effects including analgesia, anti-oxidative, antiinflammatory activity, avoiding micro thrombus, regulation of immune function and inhibition of tumor cells. A lot of studies demonstrated that hyperoside exerted not only effects of inhibiting tumor cell proliferation and inducing its apoptosis through cell cycle arrest, Ca^2＋ related mitochondrial apoptosis pathway and caspase mediated apoptosis, but also activity of promoting lymphocyte proliferation, differentiation and function. Here reviews the research progress of anti-tumor effects and immunomodulatory effects of hyperoside.
