岩黄连抗肿瘤及其他药理作用的研究进展

药用植物岩黄连具有抗肿瘤、抗肝炎病毒、止痛镇静、提高免疫功能等作用,民间用于治疗火眼、翳子、痔疮出血及红痢等症,目前临床上主要用于治疗急慢性肝炎、肝硬化、高胆红素血症、肝癌及其他肿瘤的辅助治疗,并取得较好的疗效,值得临床推广应用。临床上使用岩黄连注射剂时应预防发生过敏反应及其他不良反应。岩黄连的药理作用有待进一步研究,以便更广泛、安全地应用于临床。

Allergic reactions and other adverse reactions should be prevented when giving Corydalis saxicola Bunting injections in clinical. For wider and safer application in clinical, the pharmacological effects of Corydalis saxicola Bunting needs further study.
