子痫前期与动脉僵硬度关系的研究进展

Research Progresses in Association between Preeclampsia and Arterial Stiffness

子痫前期是以高血压和蛋白尿为特征的妊娠期特发疾病,是母体和新生儿死亡和致病的主要原因之一。动脉僵硬度与心血管疾病密切相关,高血压患者的动脉僵硬度显著高于血压正常的人群。具有子痫前期病史的女性,日后发生心血管和代谢性疾病的患病率升高。因此,子痫前期与动脉僵硬度的关系得到人们的关注,该文主要对子痫前期与动脉僵硬度关系的研究进展进行阐述。

Preeelarapsia is a pregnancy-specific disease characterized by de-novo development of concurrent hypertension and proteinuria. And it remains a leading cause of maternal and perinatal mortality and morbidity. Cardiovascular diseases are closely related with arterial stiffness, which is significantly higher in patients with hypertension compared with normal population. Females with preeclampsia history are of higher incidence in cardiovascular and metabolic diseases in the future. Thus, the relationship between preeclampsia and arterial stiffness is emerging to be a focus, and this article concentrates on the advance of associated researches.
