摘要
CT是影像学诊断胃癌迄今为止最为有效和常用的方法,目前CT不但能够确定瘤体位置及大小,而且最新的CT技术通过结合传统的横断面成像、多平面重组成像(MPR)及仿真内镜技术,能够有效探测胃癌病灶并进行辅助诊断。CT横断面成像和MPR能够对胃癌进行准确TNM分期,对非典型胃癌进行影像学分析,并明确分辨胃癌与其他侵及胃部肿瘤。由于CT解剖学分辨率尚有限,故对早期胃癌诊断价值有限,但若辅以内镜可较为准确诊断。CT对胃癌淋巴结及腹膜转移的准确反映尚需时日,目前诊断价值有限。
Up to now, CT is the most effective and common method for imaging diagnosis of gastric cancer which can determine the location and size of the tumor. The latest CT technology combined with traditional conventional transverse images, muhiplanar reconstruction (MPR) imaging and virtual endoscopy can effectively detect gastric cancer and assist the diagnosis, which can achieve accurate gastric cancer TNM staging, and realize imaging analysis of atypical gastric cancer, and clearly distinguish gastric cancer from other tumors invading stomach. However,due to the limitation of CT anatomic resolution, its value for early diagnosis of gastric cancer is limited,which may be supplemented by endoscopy for more accurate diagnosis. The diagnostic value of CT of accurate reflection of gastric cancer's peritoneal and lymph node metastasis is still limited, which may need further exploration.
