针灸联合吞咽训练治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍的疗效观察

Curative Effect Observation of Acupuncture Combined with Swallowing Training in Treatment of Swallowing Disorder after Stroke

目的观察针灸联合吞咽训练治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍的临床疗效。方法将武汉市中医医院于2011年2月至2013年1月住院治疗的87例脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者以数字表法随机分为两组,对照组(42例)仅采用吞咽训练治疗,观察组(45例)采用针灸联合吞咽训练治疗,比较两组治疗总有效率及并发症发生率。结果观察组治疗总有效率(93.3%)显著高于对照组(76.2%)(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率(15.6%)显著低于对照组(33.3%)(P<0.05)。结论针灸联合吞咽训练治疗可显著改善脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者的吞咽功能,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the curative effect＇ of acupuncture combined with swallowing in treatment of swallowing disorder after stroke. Methods A total of 87 patients with swallowing disorder after stroke treated in Wuhan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from Feb. 2011 to Jan. 2013 were randomly divided into 2 groups by random number table method, control group（42 cases）was only treated with swallo- wing training, observation group（45 cases）was treated with acupuncture combined with swallowing training. The total effective and complication rates of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group （93.3%） was significantly higher than that of the control group （76.2%） （P 〈 0. 06）. The incidence of complications of the observation group （ 15.6% ） was significantly lower than that of the control group（ 33.3% ） （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The treatment of acupuncture combined with swallowing training can obviously improve the swallowing function of patients with swallowing disorder after stroke, thus is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
