摘要
目的研究微型种植体支抗治疗青少年口腔正畸的疗效。方法选取2008年1月至2012年1月就诊于广西壮族自治区民族医院口腔科608例存在错颌畸形的青少年患者作为研究对象,根据患者不同的治疗方式分组:治疗组306例患者进行微型种植体支抗治疗;对照组302例患者进行非种植体支抗治疗。对两组患者治疗后不良反应及治疗情况进行分析比较。结果两组患者错颌畸形术后轻度水肿、感染、明显不适感的发生率相比,均无统计学意义;治疗组治疗后上中切牙凸距差和上中切牙倾角差均显著大于和高于对照组[(4.01±2.27)mm vs(2.68±2.62)mm](P<0.05)和[(28.02±1.47)°vs(13.01±1.37)°](P<0.05);磨牙位移治疗组显著少于对照组[(3.62±1.27)mm vs(6.02±1.86)mm](P<0.05)。结论微型种植体支抗用于青少年口腔正畸治疗综合效价优于非种植体强支抗治疗。
Objective To study the efficacy of micro-implant anchorage for the treatment of orthodontics in youth. Methods A total of 608 young patients with wrong micromaxillary deformity treated in Department of Stomatology in National Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region between Jan. 2008 and Jan. 2012, were selected as the research objects and were divided into two groups according to the different treatment of patients: 306 patients in the treatment group were treated with micro-implant anchorage;302 cases in the control group were treated with non-implant anchorage. Adverse reactions and the treatment status of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results The incidence of mild edema, infection, and obvious discomfort of the two groups after fault micromaxillary deformity operation were not statistically significantly different; the high cutting teeth protruding distance difference and high cutting tooth angle of the treatment group after treatment were significantly greater and higher than the control group[ (4.01 ± 2.27 ) nun vs (2.68 ± 2.62) mm ] ( P 〈 0.05 ) and [ ( 28.02± 1.47 ) ° vs ( 13.01±1.37 ) ° ] ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; grinding teeth displacement of the treatment group was significantly less than the control group [ ( 3.62± 1.27 ) mm vs (6.02 ± 1.86 )mm ] ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The integrated potency of micro-implant anchorage for the treatment of youth orthodontics is better than the non-implant strong anchorage treatment.
