国际科学基金对我国科研活动的支持作用:基于文献计量的研究

Research on Performance Evaluation International Science Funds in China from Bibliometrical Perspective

基于CNKI期刊数据库,运用文献计量分析方法,分析国际科学基金在我国的历史轨迹、影响范围、专业领域、文献成果数量和成果影响力。研究发现,国际科学基金有4个方面特点:①对我国科研活动的支持在2000年达到较高水平,并保持至今;②对我国的支持领域主要为医学卫生领域;③项目大多来源于国际化组织和美国;④立足学术前沿、倡导国际科技合作,较好地促进我国科研人员国际化。最后,对如何更好地发挥国际科学基金对我国科研活动的支持作用提出了建议。

Based on the CNKI database ,the analysis was made by means of the Bibliometrics ,the paper covers the history trend ,influence scope ,professional field ,number of publications ,influence of international academic funds in China . There are some key findings worth noticing ,first of all ,the support from international academic funds reaches a high level in 2000 and was consistent since then .Also ,the international academic funds mainly focus on the medical and health re-search .Moreover ,the source of the international academic funds largely depend on the international organizations and the United States .Staying on the subject frontier ,the international academic funds call for the international technology coop-eration and facilitate the internationalization of the domestic researchers .Finally ,suggestions are given for a better use of the international academic funds .
