技术转移机构服务模式与服务类别比较研究——以湖北省27家技术转移示范机构为例

Comparative study on Service Model and Service Categories of Technology Transfer Agency——Take 27 Technology Transfer Agencies of Hubei as an Example

技术转移机构在促进产学研紧密结合、加速科技创新、加快科技成果应用推广及产业化方面具有重要的枢纽作用,在国家创新体系建设中占有重要地位。基于湖北省27家技术转移示范机构的服务现状,从机构性质、服务模式、服务类别等多个角度进行分类研究,剖析不同类别技术转移示范机构的服务特征。以湖北为例,探究现有技术转移机构的发展差异及主要问题,并给出具体对策建议。

Technical Transfer Agency plays an important connectional role in promoting the combination of production , studying and research ,technical innovation ,as well as speeding up the application and industrialization of technical a-chievements .It is also essential in building national innovation system .This research is based on the service situation of 27 model technical transfer agencies in Hubei Province .Then we will analyze the service feature and service performance of diverse model technical transfer agency from the aspects ,such as agency＇s characters ,service patterns ,service items . Take Hubei＇s technical transfer agencies as example ,we shall find out the differences between technical transfer organiza-tions in development and problems ,and then propose operative suggestions .
