知识与技术耦合的系统动力学模型研究——基于工业革命时期与知识经济时代的对比 被引量:2

摘要 工业革命早期,知识基础薄弱,个体间以技术为转移主体、以知识为转移基础。工业革命后期,随着知识创新的发展,知识与技术逐渐成为主体,由优势组织向非优势组织转移。由不同社会基础所形成的知识与技术耦合的规律不同。通过研究知识与技术耦合的影响因素,对比工业革命时期与知识经济时代的知识与技术转移及耦合情况,构建系统动力学模型,并利用Vensim PLE软件对模型进行仿真与灵敏度分析。研究得出:工业革命时期,校企沟通协作水平对提高知识与技术耦合度具有显著作用;知识经济时代,应从高校技术和企业知识利用率的角度提高耦合度,同时兼顾校企沟通合作。最后,提出有利校企合作的政策建议。 In the early Industrial Revolution ,due to the weak knowledge base ,it shows mainly the skill ,as the main body , transfers between mechanics and the knowledge as the base .Afterward ,with the innovation of knowledge ,people had in-creasingly stronger desire for knowledge transfer ,thus gradually knowledge and skill transferring from the advantage or-ganizations to the disadvantage .So different kinds of social foundation will lead to different principles of coupling between knowledge and skill .Based on the study of the factors influencing principles of coupling between knowledge and skill ,this paper compares the transferring and coupling cases of knowledge and skill in the Industrial Revolution and in the Knowl-edge Economy ,building a system dynamics model ,finally using Vensim PLE to go on simulation and sensitivity analysis . The study finds that in the early Industrial Revolution ,level of communication and cooperation has a significant impact on coupling degree ;in the Knowledge Economy ,it should be mainly aimed at the improvement of the utility rate of universities'skill and companies'knowledge ,together considering the harmonious collaboration .thus putting forward the political rec-ommendations in favor of the university -enterprise cooperation .
