摘要
基于探索性学习、转化性学习和应用性学习构建动态学习能力概念框架,并结合先导技术知识和市场知识对上述3类学习过程中的知识转化及其内在联系进行探讨。基于对珠三角地区223家工业企业的调查研究,采用高阶因子分析对动态学习能力的概念框架进行实证检验,厘清动态学习能力的组成结构和3个学习过程中所包含的学习活动,为动态学习能力理论发展提供概念框架和经验证据。
This paper constructs the concept framework of dynamic learning capability based on exploratory learning ,trans-formative learning and exploitative learning ,and discusses the knowledge transfer in the framework along with the rela-tionship of the three learning processes based on prior technological knowledge and market knowledge .Furthermore ,the paper tests the concept framework using higher-order confirmatory factor analysis based on the survey of 223 enterprises in Pearl River Delta .The empirical research helps us clarify the composition of dynamic learning capability and three learning processes ,w hich provides theory support and empirical evidence for the theoretical development of dynamic learning capa-bility .
