摘要
以辣椒子叶切块为外植体,在添加5 mg/L6-BA和0.5 mg/LIAA的MS不定芽诱导培养基上诱导出愈伤组织后分化为不定芽,然后将丛生芽转移至添加2.0 mg/LGA3和2.0 mg/LZT的不定芽伸长培养基上,不定芽显著伸长。组织切片观察结果表明,辣椒子叶不定芽发生于愈伤组织表层。
The cotyledon of pepper as explants were cultured on MS basal medium supplemented with 6-BA 5 mg/L and IAA0.5 mg/L and adventitious buds were induced form callus. Then adventitious buds were transferred to the MS basal medium composing of GA32.0 mg/L and ZT 2.0 mg/L and adventitious buds showed significant elongation. Observation of tissue slice showed that adventitious buds were initiated form the epidermal cells of the callus.
